On 12th July, Mr. Danny DI PERNA, Alstom Executive Vice President and COO, and Mr. Bart Vantorre, Vice President of Parts Platform, accompanied by Mr. Geng Ming, China Cluster Managing Director,visited PATS. Mr. Fu Xuejun, General Manager of PATS and management representatives warmly welcomed Danny DI PERNA and his delegation.

 

Mr.Fu Xuejun, General manager of PATS, introduced the development of PATS in recent years to Mr. Danny DI PERNA. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the market layout, project execution, production manufacturing, technological innovation, and business performance of PATS. Mr. Danny DI PERNA affirmed the development achievements of PATS and appreciated the team's efforts in the project implementation process. He pointed out that Alstom would continue to support and help the development of PATS, and both sides would collaborate to provide more reliable and high-quality rail transit products for customers around the world.

 

 

Later, Danny DI PERNA and his delegation visited the workshop, learned about the vehicle research and development and production management of PATS in detail, and experienced the RRT. Danny affirmed the efforts and achievements of PATS in product development and R&D innovation, and hoped that PATS shall continue to optimize and improve the product platform, and continue to provide customers with quality products and services.

 

During the visit, the Alstom Town Hall Meeting was held in PATS in a combination of on-site and online formats. Through question and answer, Danny had a warm and friendly interaction with representatives of employees in Alstom China. He answered questions raised by employee representatives regarding market cooperation, corporate culture, product services, and technological innovation, and provided relevant suggestions.

 

Danny reiterated the importance of company culture and integration for global business, and provided advice on work methods for the younger generation of employees. He advocated for serious and meticulous work, high loyalty to customers, and transparency. He again emphasized the importance and contribution of China's business to Alstom's global business, and the important role of Chinese joint ventures in Alstom's manufacturing business, and he hoped that all employees can work together to make new contributions to the development of global business.
