Starting Independent Operation and Maintenance！The Overhauled APM Vehicle of Shanghai Pujiang Line is Delivered
On July 31st, the overhauled APM vehicle of Shanghai Pujiang Line successfully arrived at the Pujiang Line depot. The representative of customer and PATS maintenance team jointly received the vehicle. The successful delivery of the first overhauled vehicle marks a new stage of cooperation between the two parties, and the project is going to enter the mass delivery period.
To ensure the successful completion of the overhaul task, PATS formed a professional team with brilliant skills and rich experience. Faced with challenges such as tight construction schedules and heavy tasks, the team conducted in-depth research on vehicle technical data, fully drew on the mature experience of the parent company in overhaul, and scientifically formulated a plan. The team broke through multiple technical bottlenecks and established a production line for APM vehicle overhaul through measures such as upgrading method equipment, optimizing processes, and cost control; Technical personnel strictly follow industry standards and regulations, carry out refined testing and maintenance of various systems of vehicles, comprehensively complete vehicle body inspection, bogie maintenance, electrical system optimization, brake device upgrade, and interior renovation, significantly improve the efficiency and quality of overhaul, comprehensively eliminate safety hazards, and ultimately fulfill commitments to customers on schedule.
The Pujiang Line APM Overhaul Project is an important milestone for PATS to build a "manufacturing and overhaul" full life cycle business system. It is a new starting point for independent overhaul of APM in the industry, which accumulates core technical experience, and has strategic significance for improving operation safety of trains and reducing full life cycle costs. PATS will take this opportunity to continuously optimize the overhaul method, ensure high-quality delivery of vehicles subsequently, and deepen the implementation of the "Product Plus" and "System Plus" strategies, facilitating to the high-quality development of the company.
