The First Monorail Train of Monterey Line 4 and 6 in Mexico is Departed Today!
On 24th January, the first train of Monterey Line 4 and 6 monorail project in Mexico was lifted and shipped from PATS, marking the beginning of the mass delivery of the project. This is also the first monorail vehicle exported overseas by the company in the New Year.
The Monterey Line 4 and Line 6 in Mexico adopt the straddle monorail system, with a total distance of 25 kilometers. PATS provides 13 6-car trains with a total of 78 cars. The first train of the project started trial production in October 2023. With the full promotion of the company's project management and design teams, the procurement, method, quality, and production teams were racing against time and have successfully completed the trial production after more than three months. The delivery of the first train will add more confidence to the subsequent project execution. The vehicles will be transported by land to Lianyungang and then transported by sea to Mexico, with an expected arrival at the destination in March.
As one of the first projects of CRRC Group to promote DLS (System+) business, the company attaches great importance to this project and has carefully deployed it. During the trial production, various departments collaborated and united, contributing positively to the project's progress. In the new year, PATS will continue to uphold the original intention, work together with partners, and bring more reliable products and more comprehensive services to customers, contributing more to the development of global mid-low capacity rail transit.
