PATS Participated in the 2023 World Manufacturing Conference
On 20th September, the 2023 World Manufacturing Conference was grandly opened. The conference held the opening ceremony and keynote forum, conference release event, the projects docking of central enterprises, private enterprises, foreign enterprises, Hong Kong and Macao enterprises, Taiwanese enterprises, and overseas Chinese enterprises, as well as exhibitions, special events, professional forums and other activities to facilitate to share more opportunities in Chinese manufacturing in the world and open up new spaces and visions for the development of the world's manufacturing industry.
PATS participated in the exhibition with two rubber-tyred products: Straddle Monorail and APM.
Straddle Monorail in Wuhu
Both Wuhu Rail Transit Line 1 and Wuhu Rail Transit Line 2 Phase I adopt straddle monorail trains. Among them, Line 1 was put into operation on 3rd November, 2021, and is the first straddle monorail system line to operation in China with fully automated unmanned driving mode. This system is equipped with fully automatic unmanned driving technology, and vehicles cross the track beam with integrated beam and rail. It has the characteristics of short construction period, low engineering cost, strong terrain adaptability, and flexible train formation, providing a new environmentally friendly urban rail transit solution.
Project Performance
More than 10 straddle monorail project orders, including Wuhu Rail Transit Line 1 and Wuhu Rail Transit Line 2 Phase Ⅰ, the Yellow Line in Thailand, the Pink Line in Thailand, the extension of Line 15 in S ã o Paulo, Brazil, and Lines 4 and 6 in Monterey, Mexico.
APM of the Golden Line in Thailand
The train of the Golden Line in Bangkok, Thailand, is the first APM system exported overseas in Anhui Province. The APM system is an urban rail transit system dominated by unmanned rubber-tyred electric vehicles, which operate fully automatically on dedicated lines equipped with running tracks and guide rails. It has independent right-of-way and is not affected by other ground transportation vehicles and pedestrians, allowing for fast driving. The APM system is particularly suitable for circulation within airports and transportation hubs in urban centers, and is the main choice for rail transit networks within large city clusters and emerging small and medium-sized cities.
Project Performance
APM projects orders, including Shanghai Pujiang Line, Hong Kong International Airport Rapid Transit, Chengdu Tianfu Airport Rapid Transit, Shenzhen Bao'an Airport Rapid Transit, Beijing Capital Airport Rapid Transit, Bukit Panjang Line in Singapore , the Golded Line in Thailand, and Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia.
The straddle monorail and APM trains on the booth attracted a large number of visitors, including user representatives, customers, and suppliers, to stand aside and watch. The stylish and beautiful appearance of the vehicle, advanced and intelligent fully automatic unmanned driving technology, and convenient and flexible train formation functions have all become topics of discussion among the audience.
